[mythtv-users] HD-PVR Framerate

Most videos play back fine on the Pi3 but scenes with a lot of panning
(hockey games) will have a pretty regular stutter in the playback.
Peter Bennett was looking into it and noticed some dropped frames that
could be related to the stutter. I was thinking that if I could record
at 30fps, the Pi3 would be able to handle that easily. I guess I could
just transcode everything, but that eliminates watching Live TV, which
we still do a lot of. I was hoping to replace my Ions with Pi3s but I
guess I'm still a little ways away from that. And I *really* don't want
to use Kodi.
