Note that the above ends up doing:

     ExecStart=/usr/bin/nm-online -s -q --timeout=30

The man page for the command has some additional configuration
suggestions.

You can type nm-online to see if it's there. Another
solution, specific to the HDHR is here. It has the
side effect of making sure the network is up.
