[mythtv-users] MythTV with HDHR Prime and Direct TV

Paul,
As Phil asked.  Is that the prime?  Furthermore what is a OTA? 

It sounds like there is no tuner option which I can install on my MythBuntu box to record TV for the family.

In your solution, does the recordings take place on MythTV or the Dish PVR?

I have DirectTV and an HDHR, but I don’t use them together. I have an HD-PVR connected to my DirecTV box and my HDHR connected to an OTA antenna. That means I have 3 tuners: 2 OTA and 1 through DirecTV/HD-PVR. This setup works well for me.
