Do you mean videos are fine with HDHR config/VLC on Mythbuntu and also
on WMC (but broken in MythTV), or do you mean HDHR config/VLC only
works on Windows?

I assumed you were running HDHR config/VLC on Linux, but it seems that
everyone else on this thread is assuming the opposite.
