[mythtv-users] Frontend LiveTV Viewer stuck on no-longer-existing Virtual Channel

My frontend seems to have last been tuned to a channel which ComCast removed. (gives and idea of how often I used LiveTV)

This is seen on the backend.

So now when I hit "Watch TV" -- it just pops back to menu.

It was last on channel 420... and that's no longer in my channel list.

How do I fix this?

(yes, I went to setup - but the starting channel isn't 420 anyway)
