Debian repositories? Those listed files have 'unbuntu' right in the name!
The files I pull from
deb-multimedia certainly don't have that.

It's recommended to stay on the LTS releases, so 14.04 then 16.04. And
then, I'm not sure why your trying to install from source (and then
instructions for Debian multimedia). As others have mentioned, use the ppa
that is provided.
