[mythtv-users] USB IR Receivers For LIRC

Here's the code from my known good mythbuntu frontend. I think I tried
grafting this line before, but here goes nothing:

%mythtv ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:/sbin/poweroff,/sbin/reboot,/sbin/shutdown
