And I might add to that, that I possibly am willing to put effort in
this, but not alone. For the initial setup you need more people.
First of all while I know about data logic and handling, I have little
experience with wiki's or html/web.
Secondly you need at least three to bounce ideas around and to prevent
you from not seeing your own mistakes.
And then if the framework and its documentation is there, everybody
should be able to jump in, reviewing and moving the data of her or his
expertise.
Actually if the present wiki software can handle it, the moving is
mostly metaphorically. But then as said I have little experience with
wiki's
