Right, but the OP stated Ceton, and that has a different
interface. To be honest, it is sometimes just as easy to
go to the tuner web page on a Prime and look at the
channel list. Add a ?show=all to the URL if you want
to see all the channels. Those with a line through are
not subscribed, those with a DRM tag are subscribed,
but marked with copy protection (usually copy-once).

I believe E-DRw is "Encore Black" (the channel has a history
that included a name of Encore Drama, where it probably got its
id of E-DR; w is for west coast feed). In at least some Comcast
Franchises it is part of the Digital Preferred, Preferred+, and
Premier levels (but not part of Digital Starter).
Of course, Comcast sometimes calls these levels of service
something entirely different in other franchises.
All the premiums tend to have "free preview" weekends every
so often, so it is possible that your franchise has/had
one, or that after they had one, they have not cleaned up the
entitlements in your region, or maybe there is a free preview
coming up.
