I've been pointing that out here for literally years, having suffered from the
situation where my local transmitter frequencies are sandwiched between those
from two other sites.
One slight wrinkle is that HD transmissions are DVB-T2 and can't even be seen by
a DVB-T tuner so won't necessarily show up. Either use a DVB-T2 tuner to find
everything of interest and then trim for your other tuners or do a separate scan
for the HD channels.
