I was a bit sloppy here.  Encrypted is a different than copy_protected.
But only fully certified platforms can obtain unencrypted versions
of copy_protected streams.  And MythTV is not certified/certifiable.
Encrypted streams that are marked copy_freely can be decrypted
by the CableCARD for clear access, just as unencrypted streams are.
