*Every* drive manufacturer has its flawed series. Pretty much all
manufacturers have the same issue. One flawed stage creates flawed devices.
Another production run is absent of those failures, or later runs do.
So, I don't flaw one manufacturer for a flaw, save if it reaches five to
seven runs.
As the vendor also realizes that and realizes that they'd go bankrupt if
trust is lost, that is a rare occasion.
Games with warranty not withstanding.
They, like every other business *are* about making money.
In that field, some class actions have worked to level the field and
provide quality.
Only Trump thanks bankruptcy.
