So after posting my question, Mark Perkins offered up a suggestion. Which while in the process of following it worked prior to finishing (I am guessing).
Mark Suggested that I delete all the channels in the MythTV Backend Setup. What he didn't specify was if I needed to redetect them via scanning or fetching prior to saving the configuration.
What I ended up doing was deleting all the channels, saving the configuration. An error message appeared regarding there being no channel's an the tuner set to load on channel which did not exist. Well of course this made sense an when asked if I wanted to change this, I clicked on "No, I know what I am doing".
What happened next, I didn't expect. I clicked on yes to run the mythfildatabase and MythFillDatabase ran an gathered all my channels. Now when I open my various front ends, I see all the channels I have access too, an only 1 instance of them. Better yet, they all work.
Thanks for the assistance Mark.
