ir-keytable does work, but you have to specify the device because it's not
detected as an RC device. Check my udev rules in the wiki here:
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Adesso_ARC-1100#Alternate_Configuration

I was able to use the media keys as-is in Myth.
