Very short answer: no problem.  I run something similar with many more 
HDs on a 450 W power supply, rock solid, has been for years.

Slightly longer answer: The significant differences for my setup are I 
switched to network tuners and I use my mythbackend as a desktop system 
and as a LTSP server for a bunch of other clients.  You can do a lot 
with a quad core system with Gigabit Ethernet and a decent amount of 
RAM.  Disk I/O could be a bottleneck so I would keep your OS on a 
separate disk from your recordings.
