I don't know if you would call it a system user. A system user cannot
normally login and is used for system processes, like the users; bin,
adm, daenon.. It's just where the home directory is placed with
mythbuntu. That's if I'm correct in /var/lib/mythtv or there around.
Further it's a normal user.
