Whole setup is obsolete by today's standards (crt tv, sd settop box, only vga on the
atom board etc) and the mythtv box has no display monitor, sort of headless.
There is  the CrystalHD mini-pcie decoder which works nicely with mplayer2,
but final display of course is sd.
