I think supplying "demo"/"development" hardware should be celebrated
and thanked, but I see that as different than helping with the linux
drivers themselves, which is a whole different level/type of suppport/help.
I admit to thinking mostly at the lower level driver level, since that was
where the discussion was (sort of, after recovering from the tangents)
focused.
