I would probably be interested as well, depending on the actual cost. 
I, too, have HD-PVRs right now and one is flaking out.  I read in
Devin's blog that he got the Colussus working also and seeing as how I'd
have to purchase something new anyway, I could go either HD-PVR2 or
Colussus if either are working.
