I am going to bet this is a Fox Sports channel (based on the name).

Fox has recently required Verizon to enable copy protection for
their national content (and has reportedly done so on some other
MSOs).  MythTV cannot record protected content.

There was recently another thread about Fox and their changes
on this list, along with discussions on other lists/forums.
