Don't disagree with anything you are saying, what it think you missed was
my original email that stated I had all of a friends equipment and was
trying to set up mythtv before turing it over to make it much easier for
him to get up and running, he was getting the CC but I did not have it at
the time, I was just trying to get the channels populated to make sure
everything was set up etc.
I was just stupmed as to why I couldn't get it working but I do now.
