According to NewEgg it has DDR3/384 CUDA cores, so it's the middle one here:

I have basically the same card as a fanless GT630v2.  It works great for 
Myth (Advanced 2x) and light gaming.  (I have MAME and a bunch of Steam 
games, nothing too new or heavy, though.)
