[mythtv-users] H265 support

I see in the 'configure' file that there is an option for 
--enable-libx265, so I was assuming someone was working on this,  or 
already has it working.

I tried to enable and compile but got errors: 
libavcodec/libmythavcodec.so: undefined reference to `x265_picture_init'

 From what I can tell,  it should be as simple as installing some 
libraries and re-compiling.   I already installed the x265 package, but 
still get the errors.   It does look like the Nvidia vdpau support will 
require some coding.
