Ahh.  In this case they are not tunable.  They because invisible because
I ran the channel scan and it said it could not find them and asked me
if I wanted to delete them or set them invisible.  I selected the latter
just to keep some short term history of what might have been removed
recently.  When mythtv-setup does this it also prefixes the channel name
with a _.

Perhaps Mythtv needs a new database column to indicate valid or not
since it's clearly re-using that field for this purpose.
