Yes - there is a new power supply with the replacement unit. The old
power supply was sent back.

There is no closed cabinet. It is sitting in the basement in the open.

It is next to the wireless router. I will try relocating it.

I already exchanged cable cards, when I got the new unit.

There is no TA

I am not sure how to do that. I do not see any option in the web
interface or the config utility.

Thanks for the reply - I will try moving it, although I did that with
the original unit without success.
