My experience has been that SD takes the ridiculously optimistic approach and
leaves it to the user to whittle the list down to what is actually available
at a certain location. I'm a little surprised that your experience is
different. Maybe they just include everything within a certain radius and
Eugene is just outside of that radius for you.
