[mythtv-users] Mythlink.pl & Recordings Directory

I thought I was doing something smart but it sounds like I might not be
using best practices. If I can use the recording group entries in the
backend to point to /home/mythtv/recordings . . . and some future
update/upgrade won't change it back to "factory default", thus breaking
my setup . . . that would solve my problem nicely. I am fairly new to
Linux and MythTV and really like both. I appreciate all the help from
those of you with more knowledge/experience. Thanks.
