Interesting, I also never saw Bills reply till just now with instructions for me to follow. Looks like he sent it Monday.
An now since the link in mikes replay is a txt representation with a ">" in-front of it, its showing up. I didn't see a link last time. Much the same way there is no links at the bottom until someone sent them in txt form.
So it looks like I have a few things to do. I will respond back once I have more info.

I think that Mike meant for you to follow the link he placed in his message.
Logging varies from distro to distro so the wiki is best place to start.
