Or using a cron/at type run (or even a poor man's "sleep 8h 18m && 
mythfilldatabase" in a command prompt) if you want it to run at some 
time when manually running it isn't ideal.  Just make sure if you use a 
scheduling tool like cron or at, you have an appropriate environment 
specified (i.e. one that contains the appropriate HOME to allow finding 
$HOME/.mythtv/config.xml ) and you run the command as the appropriate 
user (meaning pretty much anyone but root, as long as that anyone can 
read $HOME/.mythtv/config.xml ).
