    Yes those ToCs can be brutal. They are definitely something to pay 
attention to. Companies will try to slip in some real dire stuff for 
simple things like using their website or automatic debit. You've got to
really pay attention. I am not surprised that there are ToCs in this area
that companies read and found unacceptable.

     SCO had a nice line to the effect that contracts are something that
you can use against your customers.
