While I've been using Linux for a good number of years, now, I'm not so 
advanced with it that I know exactly what to look at when -- on rare 
occasion -- things go south, and find it easier to reboot, too. This is 
especially true when my focus is not on working with the computer, but 
using the computer to do something else, like watching TV.
