[mythtv-users] how does mythtv get the hauppauge hdprv 1212 to work reliably?

I know my units had a problem with ventilation and would stop recording if
they overheated.  All I had to do is turn the unit on its side to improve
airflow since all the vents were on the bottom, and the problems went away
for me.  It's worth a shot.
