Easiest (and only supported) way is to move the files into your Video 
Storage Group.  For Bonus points, change the name to match the title of 
the show (include season and episode numbers if known, ie: The Simpsons 
S25E16.mp4), and then Myth will automatically find the metadata after 
you scan for new videos.
