I tried mythtvsetup and saw no "Network Recorder" card, so I tried 
searching the source.  That phrase came up in i18n files and here:

~/rpmbuild/BUILD/mythtv-fixes-0.27/mythtv/libs/libmythtv/recorders/rtp/README.UDP

Try Buckingham Palace :-)

The usage instructions say start mythtvsetup, start streaming, create 
card;  but maybe it just got lost.
