[mythtv-users] recording shows changes audio format

Hi All:

Latest mythbuntu .27 daily on ubunut 12.04

I noticed that when mythtv records audio on a tv show that is originally
dolby 2.0, (stereo) it changes it to 5.1.
Is this normal? or is there a setting somewhere that I am overlooking?  Is
this part of the commercial detection?
I do not have the "upconvert audio to 5.1" checked in audio settings.
