While that may be the case, they're not going to debug Myth code or logs.
They're responsible for the XML. Give them something that they can use to
fix the problem (if there is one).

There is an excellent chance that it is a problem localized to the OP, as
no one else is having the problem. If it were me, I'd start with the
assumption that there is bad data being sent to SD, or that whatever is
parsing it is broken. Hence, the OP should 1) check a smaller testset that
can also be read by hand, if need be, to see if SD is the problem, and 2)
write a simple test client to see if Myth's the problem (if the OP has any
dev experience).
