[mythtv-users] TV Overscan

Hi all,

If the 3.19 Nvidia drivers will introduce something to work with overscan,
that would be wonderful. It's my biggest complaint that you can't get sound
over hdmi without video overscan being added into the mix (currently using
the 3.04 drivers), and all the EDID fiddling that works to get a
pixel-perfect picture is to no avail.

Added to the annoyance is that the 610 that replaced my elderly 8500 (so I
could do the HDMI audio thing) also has a bug where on boot up, it seems to
think my 1920x1080 is actually 1920x2160, and trys to drive it at 30Hz.
Amazingly, it works, with a dreadful flickery picture. I have to use
"Virtual 1920 1080" in my xorg.conf to get X to behave.
