Hi:
I noticed that there were a large number of failed recordings over
the past 2 days, all from my HDHomerun Dual that receives OTA. (I
have another HDHomerun Dual connected to cable.) I've just run a
scan with the hdhomerun_config utility and it finds all the normal
channels, at about the expected signal strength, so I believe the
device is working fine. Eg:
>SCANNING: 509000000 (us-bcast:20)
>LOCK: 8vsb (ss=97 snq=100 seq=100)
>TSID: 0x43A1
>PROGRAM 3: 5.1 CBLT-DT
>SCANNING: 503000000 (us-bcast:19)
>LOCK: 8vsb (ss=96 snq=96 seq=100)
>TSID: 0x43A5
>PROGRAM 1: 19.1 TVO
In Myth (0.27-fixes updated early December), I see the following
error messages in the backend log:

I power-cycled the HDHomerun before starting Myth.
The backend machine can connect to both the HDHomerun boxes:
>$ hdhomerun_config discover
>hdhomerun device 101C9867 found at 192.168.2.226
>hdhomerun device 1010B810 found at 192.168.2.224
I can't think of any reason how this could have gotten broken. I
suspect I should delete and re-add the OTA tuners. Doing that may be
a bit of a pain because of https://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/11990.
Any other suggestions?
Craig
