Have added PA, still get the "500 server error", but if I let the command
finish, it spits out a load of data, so must be working to some extent.

I have ran "mythfilldatabase --refresh 0-99", which goes through all of the
days until 3rd of January, so further than before.  I do now have *some*
data, but on seemingly random channels.

I have nothing at all for ITVbe, Dave ja vu, ITV3, ITV4, 4seven, Drama and
a whole load of others.  Checked the XMLTVIDs which all seem as per the
supplement file.

One thing that does happen when mythfilldatabase is running is:

Which I assume is due to those channels not existing in my lineup.  The odd
thing is, the list of unknown xmltv channel identifiers is different for
each day, like they are picked at random, which would match the oddness of
the data I am getting!
