[mythtv-users] failed recordings: Poll took an unusually long time

I use 2x 290e's too, i had one stick fail after months of being constantly
on, luckily it was still under warranty so got it replaced.
when mine failed the whole pc wouldn't boot.
i do wonder about the life of these, warm components in a confined space.
if another stick died i'm considering moving to a pcie card.
