Likely a production issue at the source.  There is a lot that can be
adjusted during post production if needed, but there is no post for
a live performance (although there is supposed to be an engineer
looking at the results that should have caught it).  Someone just
made a mistake.  For next years "event" (whatever it is), I am sure
they will pay attention to the issue now that it has been identified.

No actor is that good to maintain a consistent 100ms sync issue
across three hours.
