I have no options relating to 3d.  I'm not sure if this means that the
MKV isn't reporting itself as 3d (I don't see anything in the codec
information to suggest that it is).  Or perhaps its just a limitation
of Mythtv, and the options are showing because my system is incapable
of 3d?  Either way, it would be great to discard the 3d info... but
there appears to be no menu for that.

Either way, its a moot point.  I deleted the 3d file and and picked up
a 2d copy.  I figured that even if I got it to play in 2d, I already
lost a lot of resolution... a true 2d copy is better for my needs.
