Oh, OK. I misunderstood the instructions on that page.  I was setting the
URL to file:///home/dmfrey/twit.m3u8 with the contents I previously posted.

I was following the instructions on the wiki, just pointing to the local
m3u8 file instead of the playlist file.  I will take another look.
