[mythtv-users] record at anytime on channel option missing

has something changed wrt recording types?  I no longer see the
record at any time on channel X option.

I only see:

•  Cancel this schedule.
•  Record only this showing.
•  Find and record one showing of this title.
•  Record at any time on any channel.

in mythweb.  in mythfrontend, the option is there
initially, but is not available in the "record with
more options" option, nor can it be seen in the recording
rules screen.  just wondering if I missed something or if
i broke something.
