When you work it all out, you should consider contributing your knowledge
by updating the wiki.  Some of the articles, as you mention, may not be
as helpful with current releases/versions/hardware as one may wish, or
may need an editors touch to improve the flow to be readable by someone
who is not already an expert.  The wiki pages get better only when the
community puts in the effort to make them better.
