SiliconDust has been clearing out their stock of HDHR3-CCs for a
month or two now.  W00t also had a sale last month too.  They
are good boxes, and for me, work well.

AFAIK MSOs in Canada (since you mentioned Canada) do not
support CableCARDs in customer owned equipment (yes, they
use the same STBs as the US providers, and use the same
CableCARDs, but they will not activate a customer owned OCUR
tuner;  In this case, the FCC has actually done better than the
Canadian CRTC).
