I have a similar problem, with Schedules Direct in the US and Comcast.
The episode of "Go On" from September 11th was rebroadcast on September
14th, with the subtitle from the September 11th episode, a new
description, and the programid of the following week's episode. The
result is that I got that episode recorded twice and the following
episode was not recorded since mythtv had it as "already recorded". If
mythtv could use the subtitle as well as the programid to determine a
duplicate this problem could be avoided. (only treat it as already
recorded if both the programid and the subtitle match).
