Nope. It is the 64bit version.

My old version worked great but when I replaced the video card, I had to upgrade as the card was not supported correctly and HDMI A/V was what I was after for the front end. I also added an HDHomerun tuner, and the old version just did not support it. Being that the front end and back end had to be the same version of myth, I was stuck doing the upgrade.
