Not by a long shot.  Discounting the fact that VDPAU has been reliably 
supported since 0.22, while VAAPI is a new, somewhat experimental 
feature in 0.25, ATI has a long track record of awful Linux drivers.  
Some users have reported success, many many more have reported failure.  
If you want integrated video for a SFF frontend, you're better off going 
Intel at this point, however nVidia is still the recommended display 
solution for MythTV.
