I'm not in Sweden, and there may have been changes in 0.25-fixes since 
the version that I have, but I would suggest deleting all channels and 
all transports and trying a full scan again.  If any transports are 
found, and if you know the frequencies that you need, delete all 
channels and any other transports and try 'scan all known transports' 
with the 'look for other linked transports' switch enabled.  I've made 
several posts like this, and Ticket #10217 might be relevant.
